You've got to be kidding me. They don't play "Oh Sugar!" when Benigno introduces Ray anymore just because of Dov Kramer?!?!

Yeah, I'm nitpicking, but that introduction was classic overnight.

Did anybody catch the last half hour of the show?

Joe burns Dov because of his part and claims he'll play the song before the end of the show.

Something tells me he was shot down off the air.

Interesting to see what happens next!

Dov said something to the extent that this isn't a "college radio show anymore" and that this is a "real show", implying that the "ahh, sugar" was sophomoric

Dov Kramer is the glue of that station as a board op. He does everything (shows, games, spots), knows where the bodies are buried and my choice for the FAN mole on this site...

Board-OPs are important. Greg Garcia was once a board-op for the TK show many years ago. Now he has done Yes Dear and My Name is earl and raking in the money. So it pays to be nice to the board ops.

i think that we should all be nice to everybody who we work with. but maybe dov isn't the nicest guy in world. joe should have the ultimate say in how the program is being run- since he is the host. the bd op should defer to the host and producer. i have never ever heard of the bd op being in control.
