being a yankee hater i dont give a crap about what they do or whats written about them,but didnt i tell you ppl here many times that skip bayless is even worse then francesa? had no idea he said that about jeter but mike dismissed it saying he had no evidence.when did mike ever have evidence of anything he says except that he was talking to the ramapo police about lawrence taylor(even if he lied about everything)......on a different note jeter and everyone else is under suspicion until proven otherwise.if mlb would only release that list of 106 ppl from few yrs ago, but that would be too easy to do.

I'm listening to Richard Neer right now and he just gave an Obama endorsement. He was relating something about sports to the state of the country and said Obama's statement of "you didn't build that" to mean we are all in this together vs. the other side's attitude "I got mine and I don't care about anyone else". I don't really want to hear Neer's politics.

Thanks for posting about this HOWL, whenever any WFAN host goes off the sports script it is bad news. If Neer was honest he would have said it does not matter whether you believe there is some luck and good fortune involved if you become a success or if you think it is all hard work, either way, what Obama said was a gaffe, if he meant to say you are lucky to be born in America with the extra advantages etc, that is one thing, but the way he said it created a soundbite he wishes he had back but Neer is too much of an Obama sycophant to realize this.

Evan said he loves doing Mike's show because it allows him to sleep later. Have to sympathize with a guy whose regular job calls for him to show up at work at 10:00 AM and only work 3 hours.

It's a great gig. Half (or more) of the show is commercials and updates, and he has a co-host in Joe. So his work day consists of less than an hour a day talking on the radio.

John Jastremski should get his own identity and the guys he tries to emulate STINK and are stupid. It is obvious that he wants to be a combination of Joe Benigno and Mark Malusis! He chose a guy that sounds like an imbecile and a guy that is obnoxious on top of being an imbecile!!!! Please Jastremski get your own act!!!!
