Well at least we agree there. Guys like Olbermann and Rush are doing a major disservice to our nation. When you take a hard-line stance on everything and refuse to acknowledge that the other side may have some decent ideas once in awhile, nothing will ever get accomplished. There has to be some give and take. I may be a conservative on many financial issues, but many of my social views are decidedly liberal.

Olbermann is trying to hang on to a shred of dignity. Unfortunately no one likes him (from what I've seen).

As a 49ers fan I can say without reservation the reason Singletary was the one chosen to coach the 49ers upon Mike Nolan's firing, was simply because Nolan was buddy buddy with all the players - whereas Nolan is an old school, hard nosed guy who will teach people how to play the game the right way. The only good things Nolan did were drafting Gore & Willis.
